We were worried that the current state of the economy would quash the number of holiday pop-up shops this year, but it turns out those fears were unfounded. Though less ostentatious than in seasons past (what, no Gift on Fifth this year, Bank of America?), there are a staggering number of temporary stores dotting the city.
