As another heat wave threatens to leave New Yorkers searching for the nearest air-conditioned hiding place, we've decided the best way to beat the heat is to shop. The mid-summer sales are the perfect time to buy discounted sandals as you get the instant gratification of wearing your purchase out of the store and the knowledge that you have another month or two of strappy shoes.
