Touted as a great way to increase flexibility and strength while ridding the body of toxins, a hot yoga can be in the Bikram style (a slow sequence of 26 moves performed at 105 degrees), or just your typical Vinyasa flow at 90 degrees or more—either will get you sweating more than Crossfit.
