Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
Randall's Island is three weeks away from kicking off festival season in the tri-state area with Governors Ball, whose lineup this year boasts everyone from Kanye West to Haim to Death Cab For Cutie. And with festivals comes the search for the perfect outfits that will not only look cute in photographs, but also hold up for an entire day's (or weekend's) worth of events. "Should you grab a dress or cut-off shorts? Are flower crowns too cliché?" are probably thoughts that have popped into your head by now.
To steer clear of accidental outfit clones, avoid the usual suspects and shop Tictail instead. The global marketplace for artists and designers has transformed its Orchard Street holiday pop-up into a permanent store that's constantly restocked with new merchandise, and right now it's got a great section of pieces to wear for bouncing from stage to stage all day long. What's more, it'll even get you there: Between May 20th and 27th, you're automatically entered to win two Gov Ball tickets with any purchase.
