For our next Racked Fit Club, we're headed to Bari Studio in Tribeca to check out Micro, its 55-minute signature muscle sculpting class that uses body weight and props for a low-impact toning session with trainer Ashley Wilking — and it's totally free!
This class is taking place on Tuesday, April 12th at 7:40pm at 23 Leonard Street. That's right around the corner from the Franklin Street stop on the 1 train, and not far from from the Canal Street stops for several other lines.
Participants should arrive ten minutes before class starts to check in, dressed in or bringing along comfy workout gear like leggings and a tank top and a sturdy pair of sneakers. You can bring a water bottle to fill up, or purchase one at the studio. Towels will be provided, as will access to electronic keypad lockers, showers, and vanity stations with blowdryers.
