April Fools is all fun and games until puppies get involved — then it's just plain fun. That's why we're really looking forward to the in-store parties that Warby Parker and its adorable canine psuedo-brand Warby Barker are hosting this week at all of their locations.

The original Warby Barker prank started in 2012 as a result of misspelled keyword searches — fast forward four years, and it has since continued on with a doggone hilarious website (sorry, couldn't resist), an Instagram account, and an annual event at Warby Parker stores nationwide.

Bring your dog to your nearest Warby Parker boutique — in New York, there's Soho, the Meatpacking District, and the Upper East Side (and soon, Brooklyn) — on Friday, April 1st between 4pm and 7pm to chow down on dog-friendly and people-friendly hors d'oeuvres and get a puppy portrait taken that's accessorized with a pair of Warby Barker frames.
