Shoutout to West Side Rag for pointing out to us that Flying Tiger is opening not just one, but two uptown locations. The local blog pointed out that our favorite store for finding pink wigs, notepads shaped like hamburgers, and toilet bowl brushes (see above, strategically positioned next to "toilet golf") for less than $10 — collectively, not apiece — is headed to 424 Columbus Avenue and expected to open before the end of the year, though an exact timeline was not revealed.
Just last week, the Danish home goods brand revealed that its second New York City store would arrive on the Upper East Side's Third Avenue in April, following up on the success of its Flatiron debut.
