MIDTOWN—On Wednesday, the New York Junior League is hosting a shopping event at Saks Fifth Avenue from 6pm to 8pm on its women's and men's contemporary floors. Tickets are $20, but that includes an Uber voucher for up to $15 and free drinks, snacks, and music. Plus, when you spend $250 or more, you'll get a gift card toward a future purchase at the department store and your choice between an A.L.C. candle or pair of Diesel headphones. All proceeds will benefit the charitable activities of the NYJL, and Saks will make a donation to the NYJL equal to 10% of the evening's sales.
