Extra, extra: Kanye West needs some help. The Fashion Law is reporting that the rapper-slash-designer is looking for "up to 1,200 paid extras" for next week's Madison Square Garden event that'll serve as the debut for his latest album and for Yeezy Season 3, according to a casting notice from Onset Productions. They'll be joining the thousands of attendees who sold out the New York City venue in just ten minutes.
The extras will be "positioned throughout the floor of Madison Square Garden in a fully designed set" and doing "performance gestures," and it's not clear whether they'll be modeling anything from the latest collection. There aren't any specifications for extras' race or gender, but participants must be at least 18 years old.
According to Onset's schedule, casting takes place in Long Island City on Tuesday morning beginning at 10am, and a rehearsal is scheduled at the garden for the following day. Along with cash, perks include being "among the first in the world to hear the new album," plus meals.
