Proenza Schouler is the latest to take on the "buy-now-wear-now" trend that's marking a turning point in how both the fashion industry and the public is consuming New York Fashion Week — but they're putting a bit of a local twist on it. Following yesterday's presentation of the fall 2016 collection, designers Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez have made a selection that they're calling the "Early Edition" available exclusively at the Greene Street flagship store today.
The ready-to-wear looks in the gallery above are only available in Soho, and will be denoted with the "Proenza Schouler Early Edition" tag, while the Hava bags (ranging in price from $2,150 to $2,650) are also available online — but downtown's the only place you can physically check them out.
If you're looking to get your hands on pieces that the rest of the world won't have for several months, act fast: The brand specifies that these pieces are available in "very limited quantities."
