The Charm & Chain sample sale started this morning in the e-commerce brand's Noho offices, and we stopped by during lunch to find four tables filled with jewelry and nary another shopper in sight. The advertised discount of 80% off might only be found in the respective bins for $5 and $10 pieces, and discounts varied widely on jewelry from Erickson Beamon, Robert Lee Morris, Dannijo, and more.
Overall, simplicity is not the name of the game here. You'll find a lot colorful statement-type necklaces from Lulu Frost, Nocturne, and Dannijo for about half-off, generally putting them between $200 and $400. Robert Lee Morris's pieces are in shades of gold, rose gold, and silver, while the small assortment of Ben Amun items are all diamond-like silver and shine.
Our first stop was the Kendra Scott table, and though discounts weren't higher than 50% off on anything we picked up, the pieces here were some of the most affordable overall. We spotted plenty of those advertised Naomi rings for $65 (from $130), plus a set of three pairs of studs for $60 (from $85) and the simple Elisa necklace for $35 (from $50). Upon closer inspection, it looks like the $136 collar necklaces (from $195) had little nicks in the metal.
A particularly gorgeous Erickson Beamon necklace was the most expensive item we picked up at $736 (from $1,228), while on the more reasonable side, we found two Alexis Bittar lucite bracelets for $78 and $138. Check these out and more in the gallery above.
Better prices can be found at individual sample sales for brands like Alexis Bittar, Lulu Frost, and Dannijo, but it's rare to find discounted Kendra Scott in the city right now — keep these details in mind if you're planning on stopping by before the sale wraps up tomorrow evening.
