HARLEM—TJ Maxx will join Bed Bath & Beyond and co-working space WeWork at 5 West 125th Street after acquiring 20,000 square feet on the lower level. The mixed-use space will also include 30 residential units, according to The Real Deal. Nordstrom Rack was briefly rumored to be opening at this address.

UPPER WEST SIDE—West Side Rag noticed that French clothing store Iro's new outpost at 241 Columbus Avenue is finally open, replacing Harry's Burritos five months later than we originally expected. This is the second brick-and-mortar location for Iro; its flagship is located downtown in Soho, and we're still waiting to learn more about that Upper East Side location.

MIDTOWN—Luxury Swiss watchmaker Breitling relocated its flagship from 5 East 57th Street to 575 Madison Avenue to take 4,300 square feet over two levels, making it the brand's largest boutique. It features a bar, a museum displaying noteworthy watches, and the opportunity to peruse more than 800 models in stock.

UPPER WEST SIDE—Blow dry bar chain Blo will open its fifth NYC location at 287 Amsterdam Avenue, notes West Side Rag, offering its usual menu of washes and blow-outs in what used to be Zahra's Threading Salon. Other nearby locations include Chelsea, Midtown East, the Upper East Side, and Long Island.
