Anyone who's casually perused the class schedules on boutique fitness websites know that these workout studios love a good theme, and they tend to go into overdrive when things like Valentine's Day comes around. Below, check out the dancing, cycling, rowing, and and yogi sweat sessions you can attend with or without a significant other in the coming days.
305 Fitness: Sign up with your sweetheart or a best friend you're very comfortable with for "Yoga 4 Better Sex" this Saturday at the dance cardio studio's original NYC location. The two-hour sessions begin at 1:30pm and 4:30pm and include 60 minutes of sensual yoga with a focus on hip-opening positions and a 30-minute workshop with licensed sex therapist Rachel Hoffman, plus free wine and chocolate.
18 W 8th St, Greenwich Village
Alvin Ailey: The city's dance headquarters will host two sessions of Valentine's-themed Zumba on Saturday the 13th (morning and evening), while Sunday's reserved for salsa — you can show up with or without a partner, and no experience is required.
405 W 55th St, Hell's Kitchen
Crunch: Plenty of the gym's cycling classes — known as Ride to regulars — have love-themed classes this week, like "Bad Romance," "Heartbreakers & Heartthrobs," and "How to Be Single." Check out the schedule here, and remember that non-members can sign up for a guest pass for free.
Classes take place in Manhattan, Fort Greene, and Hoboken
CYC: In addition to all the classes with Valentine's-themed playlists going on this week, the studio is letting riders book a free bike for a "bestie, bae, or Bumble date" in any of Saturday and Sunday's classes; said acquaintance must be a new rider, and you can call the studio after you book your bike online to request the free spot.
Locations in Hell's Kitchen and Noho
Flex Studios: Grab yourself a special $35 pass for a class on Sunday, February 14th, then email the studio you want to attend with the name of your Valentine (romantic or platonic) that you want to bring along for free. Friends must be first-timers, and everyone needs grippy socks.
Locations in Noho and Union Square
Lyon's Den Power Yoga: You can take a Valentine for free to the 12pm class on Friday, the 4pm class on Saturday, or the 5:30pm class on Sunday; just call the studio to reserve his or her mat. Or you can choose one of their themed classes, like Sunday morning's hot vinyasa session set to power love ballads or Friday night's candlelit flow that focuses on hip-opening positions — you can sign up for those here.

Peloton: The cycling studio is extending its Valentine's Day-themed classes through the long weekend, ending with instructors Jess King and Robin Arzon 75-minute "Love Hangover Dual Ride" on Monday at 8pm. See the rest of the weekend's Cupid-tinged rides by heading here.
140 W 23rd St, Chelsea
Row House: Friday evening's "bROWmance," with a playlist full of songs from the men who make you sweat, and Saturday evening's "ROW-meo & Juliet," featuring some more romantic tunes, both take place at the Chelsea studio and come with the perk of free drinks afterwards. You can sign up solo or with a partner here.

Shadowbox: The boutique boxing gym is pairing up two of its top instructors for a night of "Lovers x Fighters" on Sunday at 6pm, where 45 minutes of bag work is followed by snacks, champagne, and good company.
28 W 20th St, Flatiron
Tone House: Single ladies can gather this Sunday at 6pm for a women-only class that'll simultaneously help you avoid couples and work out a little aggression you might be harboring from a past lover or two. You can also put yourself and your SO on the waitlist for Sunday morning's intense-sounding partner class.
