NEW YORK CITY—One of Second Time Around's stores is in possession of the above Birkin bag that's valued at $109,500, according to Luxury Listings NYC, but the consignment store won't say which one due to security. Its crocodile material and "complicated dyeing pattern" are the reasons for its high price tag, not the study that suggests Birkin bags are more valuable than gold.

NOHO, WILLAMSBURG, CHELSEA—Even though we've already reached February, several boutiques are still in end-of-season sale mode. For example, 7115 by Szeki is offering 50% off its fall/winter collection at both its Noho and Williamsburg locations through February 15th, and Muleh is continuing its moving sale at its current Chelsea location before heading to nearby 160 Ninth Avenue after February 7th.
