Start clearing your schedule now — several Korean beauty brands are teaming up for a sample sale in Chinatown tomorrow at the new Jknlee. If the last skincare sale is any indication of what to expect, be prepared for products to go very quickly.
In case you don't remember, the city's first-ever Korean beauty sample sale was hit pretty hard as shoppers quickly snatched up discounted skincare and makeup from Clio, Mizon, and many other cult brands, especially with items like sheet masks going for just a buck, after waiting in long lines.
In this case, this sample sale will serve as a soft launch of sorts for the beauty and lifestyle company (it officially opens in the spring) and will feature discounts of more than 70% off on beauty products from brands like Clio, Peripera, Goodal, Soo Ae, Freeset, TonyMoly, and Ostia. Price-wise, that translates to skincare items starting at $5 and makeup going from $5 to $15. There's also a deal on the Goodal Gold Snail Collection, where you can grab three items for $50 (normally $38 to $60 apiece).
