If you were holding out on shopping the sale at Manolo Blahnik's midtown boutique to wait for the next round of markdowns, now's the time: The brand has confirmed that discounts now reach 50% off retail prices.
Twitter tipster @nikkipellows inquired about the markdowns earlier today and beelined straight to the store when Manolo's social media team got back to her. "Store wasn't really crowded and there were no lines outside" at 31 West 54th Street, she shared with us later.

At the top of the year, the retailer slashed prices on boots and shoes from its winter collection, starting with 33% off; we expect the discount to reach 75% off by the time February rolls around, just like in previous iterations. Customers who shopped last season's "amazing" sale found plenty of styles priced between $195 and $295 by the time the final markdowns came along, but at a cost: There were limited size runs and long lines.
If you too decide to check out the sale for yourself, let us know how you fare in the comments section.
