There's about to be some big retail shifts on West Broadway. After Repetto dances its way into the space next to Ladurée this fall, Anthropologie could be shutting its doors just down the block. At least that's what this real estate listing suggests, advertising that the property's 20,000 square feet and massive frontage across both West Broadway and Wooster Street is available for March 1st of next year.
But it's not like New York City will be without Anthropologie and all of its meticulous decorations. They've got locations in Chelsea Market, Flatiron, Rockefeller Center, and the Upper East Side (complete with BHLDN), plus a Financial District store slated to open early next year.
