HELL'S KITCHEN—Score the cheapest workout in the city with not one, but three classes this Wednesday for only $25 total. It's all part of National Women's Health and Fitness Day, hosted by Alvin Ailey Extension at 405 West 55th Street. They've gathered their best instructors for a night of yoga (7pm), barre (7:30pm), and dance fitness (8pm), all in the name of empowering women to be their healthiest selves. MANHATTAN—Think you have what it takes to complete the Fall Challenge at SLT? That's four weeks of classes with prizes and treats. Pick your location and email firstname.lastname@example.org to sign up before October 4th. Once you get the thumbs up, you can pick your classes (three a week) for a varied number of points. The person who completes the challenge with the most points gets a private class for up to ten people and two free retail items, in addition to the general completion prize: one free month of SLT VIP, a special offer on an SLT 6-pack, and 25% off a retail item.
