Come sweat it out with Racked editors this Tuesday, August 11th, at 6:30pm, when we stop by Refine Method to take their signature class in the West Village! Never heard of Refine? It's a 50-minute full-body workout that seamlessly blends cardio, strength training, and flexibility into one comprehensive session with the help of individual workout stations, kettlebells, and medicine balls. We'll be working out with senior instructor Laura Henry, who'll guide both newbies and workout pros through the easy-to-follow routines.
Students who are interested in attending should be able to arrive to the studio at 131 Perry Street 15 minutes prior to class for registration and set-up, dressed in (or changing into) comfy workout gear like leggings, tank tops, and sturdy sneakers. That's all you'll need to bring along, since Refine will provide us with complimentary towels, water bottles, and lockers. And if you're looking to freshen up right after class, we'll have access to the studio's showers, fully stocked with Malin + Goetz products.
