Brookfield Place, Fidi's sparkly new shopping center, is adding Club Monaco to its list of luxury retailers. The brand will open both a men's and women's store located on two different levels, inside the north pavilion of the mall. Gucci, Calypso St. Barth, and of course, Saks Fifth Avenue are eventually following suit as well.
The stores will be a much-needed affordable counterpart to Brookfield's existing shops, which include Hermès, Ferragamo, Burberry, and Bottega Veneta. If you just don't want to head out onto hectic West Street yet, there's Equinox, Drybar, and the much-Instagrammed Black Seed Bagel, so you'll be able to spend the day without leaving the air-conditioned haven.
