SOUTHAMPTON—As predicted, Tamara Mellon has opened her first pop-up this summer in Southampton. The designer produces seasonless,"buy now, wear now" pieces for last-minute stylish outfits. EAST HAMPTON—The LA-based Planet Blue has opened its doors out East this summer for a pop-up shop on Newton Lane.
