MEATPACKING DISTRICT—Tomorrow marks the debut of a new street festival on Ninth Avenue: Meatpacking MKT. Spanning from 14th to 18th streets,  and running from 11am to 6pm, shoppers will find food trucks and local artisans offering everything from to jewelry made of Japanese paper. And the fun isn't just on the streets: Pounds and Ounces will open up their biergarten as a hydration station for visitors.

LOWER EAST SIDE—Those with a sweet tooth will want to check out Hester Street Fair's second annual ice cream social tomorrow between 11am and 6pm. La Newyorkina, Melt Bakery, Tipsy Scoop, Sam's Fried Ice Cream, and more are scheduled to be offering up frozen treats, and customers can test their ice cream IQ in a blind taste test for the chance to win prizes. Oh, also: Free toppings.

SOHO—In addition to everything being 60% off retail prices at Onassis (71 Greene St) tomorrow, the menswear store will be handing out Negronis to everyone who walks in the door after 3pm.
