Make note of Monday, August 3rd: That's when Mizhattan claims that the Manolo Blahnik boutique will enter that glorious time known as "final markdowns." The little store on 54th Street has been in sale mode since the beginning of the month, but this final phase upcoming phase is worth the wait: Last time shoes went up to 75% off, prices started at $195 and most of the merchandise was around $250.
True, that's more expensive than their semi-annual sample sales, but shopping the boutique is a whole lot less scary and won't have beastly lines. If you stop by next week, let us know in the comments section what you find.
