Though it seems like summer sales are never-ending—with some stores kicking off discounts right after Memorial Day, major boutiques going into high gear after the Fourth of July, and others shops waiting until, well, yesterday—the good times eventually come to a close. That's the case today with Barneys New York: As one of the first department stores to offer seasonal markdown, it's also one of the first to wrap up its pretty awesome sale.
Find some of our favorite last-call items—up to 75% off retail prices, and all for less than $200 (save for a backpack designed by one of our favorite NBA players)—in the gallery above. It includes a lightweight Isabel Marant skirt and a feather-like Vince dress that go perfectly from steamy subways to chilly cubicles; playful black numbers from Zimmerman and Public School for nights on the town; roomy pants from Rag + Bone and Raquel Allegra for when denim is just too much; and heavier sweaters from 3.1 Phillip Lim and Lauren Manoogian for when the temperatures eventually drop.
Note that the size selection is limited online—you'll probably have better luck if you stop whatever you're doing and head to the Madison Avenue flagship right now.
