Kanye West, enigma, baby jumpsuit buyer, non-smiler, and appreciator of ice cream, turned 38 yesterday. While the West family celebrates by doing things like renting out the entirety of the Staples Center, one Lower East Side ice cream shop honored the occasion in the most populist way possible: with Kanye-themed desserts.
From now until Saturday, Morgenstern's will transform itself into Kanye's Beautiful But Darkly Lit Ice Cream Parlor, where patrons can purchase treats like the I Am A God Ice Cream Croissantwich ($7), the Kim Kardashian Thirst Trap Sundae ($8.50), and the Bowl Digger ($8.50), all of which sound like they could very well be the Greatest Ice Cream Flavors Of All Time.
