Mara Hoffman's New Activewear Line Is Not For the Print-Shy

Your go-to designer for cool swimwear and colorful graphic prints is about to become your new favorite brand to wear to the gym, too: WWD reports that Mara Hoffman is expanding into activewear.

Hoffman says the new line—which includes printed leggings, racerback tanks, mesh bras, rompers, sweatpants, jumpsuits, and even yoga mats—speaks "to the well-traveled bohemian girl who loves color and travel and is not afraid to be noticed."

After the first batch hits stores next month (expect to see the line at Bloomingdale's, Carbon38, Shopbop, and Net-a-Porter, as well the brand's soon-to-relaunch e-commerce site), Hoffman will continue to design two collections a year. "There's a lot going on in the active space right now," she said, adding that "the company is growing so much and we've always done things cautiously, with great care and strategy."
