Blink Fitness Just Signed a Lease For Its Tenth Manhattan Location

New York City's demand for affordable fitness has not ceased, and therefore neither has the news of new Blink Fitness locations. The budget gym (whose expensive sisters in fitness are Equinox and Soulcycle) just signed for its tenth Manhattan location near Grand Central, according to Crain's New York. They'll be taking 17,000 square feet at 125 Park Avenue, not far from the East 54th Street location that the chain has in the works.

Blink has been on an opening run of sorts in the past year or so, adding locations in Bryant Park and the Financial District. They've been especially aggressive in the outer boroughs, with twelve in operation and four more on the way—so far.
