Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
As some doors open on the Upper East Side, others must close—but not without a blowout sale. Mizhattan reports that 72nd Street's Oliver NYC is preparing to close on May 1st and has marked down everything in the store accordingly. That includes womenswear from the likes of Isabel Marant, J Brand, Citizens of Humanity, James Perse, and Hanky Panky, all for up to 80% off.
The way we see it, you've got two options here: You can head over ASAP for the biggest pick of styles and sizes, or you can wait patiently until the final days, risking a picked-over selection but being rewarded with the markdowns of all markdowns—the choice is yours and yours alone.
