If you're in the market for denim, leather, and super cute kids clothes, the Diesel sample sale is definitely worth the trip. It opens today at 151 Wooster Street (260 Sample Sale's Soho hub) and as of last night, the floor was fully loaded with clothing and accessories at 75% off retail prices. In some cases, the discounts were even bigger.
When you walk in, you'll see all of the Diesel Black Gold clothing right away. Men will find everything from denim jackets for $270 and leather motos for $336 to jeans and button-ups. For the ladies, there are leather jackets in pastels for $457, suede tops for $152, and leather skirts for $193.
Once you're through with the Black Gold, head in for the jeans—they're organized in bins by size. You'll be paying around $50 for a pair, give or take a few bucks. Next you'll want to check out the rack of suede and leather—there's a really cool brown fringed suede jacket for $182, and some killer leather pants for $200. After you're done with all that, definitely go through the dresses, we found a cute chambray dress for $65.
Although the sale is a compilation of many seasons, there are quite a few pieces from pre-spring 2015 mixed in—like a beaded dress for $100, and a graphic sweatshirt for $44—so keep your eyes peeled.
After the clothes, head to the shoes. Flats and heels are $40 a pop, sneakers are $30, and boots are $50. There are some really cute styles in the mix, like a pair of perforated oxfords and some cool high tops.
Other accessories you'll find include scarves and hats for $15 and wallets for $25. There are a few bags, including a funky white style for $150. And before we forget, we should mention the bins of childrenswear situated right by the fitting room (which, by the way, is for women only—yes, we did see men getting down to their skivvies right on the sales floor). You'll find adorable denim in teeny sizes, as well as t-shirts, jackets, and dresses.
