Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

MIDTOWN—You might want to snag your tickets now to see Diane von Furstenberg discuss her life and work alongside Chanel biographer Rhonda Garelick—the event, which goes down May 6th at the main branch of the NYPL at 7pm will likely sell out fast. Tickets, which cost $25 ($15 if you're a student!), are available here.

UPPER EAST SIDE—It's always sad whenever stores close, but sometimes, that also translates to: sales! A tipster reports that Oliver NYC will be closing in two weeks, but until then, merchandise from brands like James Perse and Wildfox will be available at up to 75%.

FLATIRON—Never used a foam roller at the gym? Athleta's Flatiron store will a host (free!) clinic that'll ease you into the seemingly intimidating workout tool on Monday from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. Be sure to RSVP to info@fitpluslove.com before heading over.

TRIBECA—Tonight at Joy Gryson's Tribeca boutique, shop Michelle Tom's jewelry alongside the usual dosage of leather handbags. From 6pm to 8pm, there'll be cocktails, too!
