EAST VILLAGE—In order to boost business at the stores and restaurants affected by the East Village explosion, the organization #SaveNYC has put together a small business crawl, starting Sunday at noon. Things kick off with egg creams at Gem Spa, followed by visits to Himalayan Visions, B&H Dairy, Paul's Da Burger Joint, and New Yorkers Market.
BOERUM HILL—Ever wonder what actually goes into perfume? Hiram Green will be showcasing the raw materials that make up his perfume line at Twisted Lily tomorrow from 12pm to 4pm. After filling up on sparkling wine and light bites, feel free to ask him about all your most burning fragrance questions.
EAST VILLAGE—Scour for your next eco-friendly furniture purchase at Load Out, where local theaters and arts organizations will donate costumes, sets, props, and office equipment that'll be available to take home. Admission is $5, but if you're an artist or art student, it's free!
CHELSEA—Bluemercury's latest NYC outpost is settling into their new digs at 695 Sixth Avenue by giving away a whole day's worth of beauty services.
