Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
Shoppers are about to have a serious dilemma on April 14th. In addition to Elie Tahari, Asics, Lauren Merkin, and Haute Hippie kicking off their sample sales, 260 Sample Sale has just announced that they'll begin their Costume National sample sale on that same Tuesday. It's not often that we see Costume National on our calendar—you'll typically only find them wrapped into warehouse sales for places like Barney's and Oak, or the generic "Italian brands" showroom sale.
It's taking place at 151 Wooster Street, just a block over from their Greene Street boutique. No word on styles or discounts just yet, but we know that both men's and women's apparel will be available.
Tuesday, April 14th through Thursday, April 16th. Daily 11am—7pm.
