Chelsea? Check. Soho? Check. Financial District? Check. And now Bonobos can add another key New York City neighborhood to its roster: Flatiron. The (primarily) online men's retailer just signed a lease to open its largest Guideshop yet—4,000 square feet—at 95 Fifth Avenue, according to real estate firm RKF.
It's clear that the company is in expansion mode. Along with this new store, The Real Deal reports that the company is doubling its office and showroom size at 25th Street, where the original Guideshop opened in 2011. Let's hope that it means more brick-and-mortar locations for their women's brand, Ayr, are on the way as well.
Update: Bonobos has informed us they're planning to open this location in June, three months after the debut of the Brookfield Place store.
