We already knew the Cut25 by Yigal Azrouël sample sale was going to have serious discounts, but when we saw the prices and quality of the clothes for ourselves, they're more like downright insane. While the sale opens at Chelsea Market today at 10am, we got a sneak peek at the selection last night, and found that almost everything inside is under $100.
Sale-wide, pricing is simple: All tops and shorts are $59; pants, skirts, and sweaters are $69; dresses are $89; jackets and blazers are $149; coats are $179; and leather is $279, meaning most of the clothing is at least 80% off retail prices. In another corner, there's a section for skinny belts ($39), scarves ($39), and leather clutches ($59).
There's an entire corner of the room devoted to samples, all of which are in shockingly good condition—which is also why they're the same price as the overstock. You likely won't find more than one of each item in the sample section, and basically everything is in size 4, with a few 2s and 0s mixed in. Sizing runs small in the rest of the sale as well—while most items go up to size 10 or 12, the bulk of merchandize is in the 0-to-6 range.
As the sale is only running for three days, don't expect markdowns or much restocking—your best bet is to head over early to snag the most interesting items (like that on-point white straitjacket-esque number). Wednesday, March 18th through Friday, March 20th. Daily 10am—7pm.
