Samantha Pleet designed one of the most recognizable silhouettes to anyone who's ever stepped foot in Brooklyn during the past few summers (we're talking about this one here), and now, she's bringing her dreamy designs to Urban Outfitters for a spring capsule collection—including a mini—and swimsuit!—version of that Tabernacle Dress.
"Samantha Pleet & UO" isn't the Brooklyn-based designer's first collab with Urban Outfitters (that was the Rapscallion collection back in 2008), but it's got everything we've come to know and love about her namesake label: mystical prints, high-waisted short shorts, cutouts, jumpsuits, and rompers galore, mostly priced between $69 and $98 for tops and bottoms and $149 for dresses and swimsuits, with the line topping out at a $349 silk romper and the $309 'Moonrise' jacket.
Though the collection is already available to shop on the Urban Outfitters site and in stores, scroll through the lookbook above, shot by Pleet's friend (and recent Beauty Diary subject!) Hannah Kristina Metz. To celebrate the launch, there'll also be a party this Friday from 6pm to 9pm at Space Ninety 8, where there'll be a screening of "Post Script," the short lookbook film based on the collection, tequila cocktails, a performance by Mr. Twin Sister, and celeb DJ Tennessee Thomas.
