L.K. Bennett—maker of sensible patent leather pumps beloved by Kate Middleton—is in U.S. expansion mode. First, the British brand staked its claim on a Westfield World Trade Center storefront, and now it's taking over Brian Atwood's former Madison Avenue space, WWD reports. The 2,000-square-foot store (which is almost directly across the park from L.K. Bennett's Time Warner Center flagship) is set to open at the end of March, just in time for the label's Amalfi-coast-inspired spring collaboration with model Laura Bailey.
