Manicures for a Cause, Plus An Early (and Healthy) St. Patrick's Day Pub Crawl

Here's your rundown of fashion and shopping events happening in the city this week and beyond.

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

UPPER WEST SIDE - Take care of yourself and help raise funds for breast cancer research. Carol's Crusade is hosting their third annual Mani-for-a-Cure fundraiser at the Empire Hotel Rooftop Wednesday, February 25th. As the title suggests, the spa-themed event will have plenty of manicures plus massages, a braid bar, drinks, gift bags, and a silent auction and raffle.

UNION SQUARE - If you think St. Patrick's Day pub crawl consumption is limited to beer and whiskey, think again. Juice Crawl is sponsoring a pre St. Patty's Day gathering for the cold pressed set on March 14th at 1:00 in Union Square. Juice bars such as Lulitionix, Liquiteria and Juice Press are involved, and the $45 ticket gets you lots of juice, plus a warm-up session with Reebok's Miss Motivational, Juice Crawl swag, and coupons and discounts for future greenery.
