Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
If you need to up the gorgeous quotient of your wardrobe this weekend, you're in luck: Mizhattan is reporting that designer Rosie Assoulin has just opened up her friends and family sample sale, taking place at 158 Franklin Street in Tribeca, to the public for the remainder of its run.
Unfortunately, there isn't much of that run left: You can check it out tonight until 7pm, or tomorrow between 10am and 2pm. If you're planning on browsing what the CFDA Womenswear Designer of the Year (and former Racked Young Gun) has to offer, expect to find "gorgeous ball gowns, stunning separates, and other overstock production pieces discounted roughly up to 65% off," according to the shopping blog. What that discount translates to in terms of prices, however, is unknown.
You can add this to the huge list of sample sales that are at your disposal this weekend, from Diesel and Tory Burch to Brother Vellies and William Okpo.
