Midtown below 34th Street is seeing a lot of changes in its workout scene as a slew of New York City boutique studios descend upon the neighborhood in search of uncapitalized fitness territory. ((305)) Fitness is the latest to stake its claim here, moving upwards from the Village to open its second location at 33 East 33rd Street in January of 2016.
The dance cardio workout-slash-party that founder Sadie Kurzban started while she was still a Brown University student isn't the only studio attempting to gain traction in the middle Manhattan scene. The newest edition will be neighbors with other equally popular destinations, like Barry's Bootcamp coming to 27th and Park Avenue, Tone House moving to 32 East 31st Street to accommodate more students, and Flywheel taking up residence at the Gansevoort Hotel in December (where Exhale is already running barre and yoga classes).
In celebration of its expansion, ((305)) Fitness is kicking off a promo sale on class packages and memberships today that runs through December 21st; get all the details over on the website, plus read up on the two new class formats that'll be available as of December 1st: "Yoga 4 Better Sex" and "((305)) Sculpt."
