Because it's resolution season and getting in shape is always at the top of everyone's list, we're kicking off 2015 with a whole bunch of Racked Fit Clubs at some of our favorite fitness spots to keep your goals on track. First up is Mile High Run Club, a gym that's dedicated to treadmill training.
We'll be participating in the Dash 28, which consists of 28 minutes of running split up in sprint and hill intervals followed by floor work that targets the crucial muscles runners need to develop. No need to be an elite runner to join—all fitness levels are welcome.
This class takes place on Friday, January 9th at 7:45pm, but participants should show up to 28 East 4th Street, accessible by the B,D,F,M, N, R, and 6 trains, at least ten minutes early to sign in and get set up on the treadmills. Comfortable workout gear and a good pair of sneakers are required, and bring a water bottle along as well. There will be lockers with automated keypads (read: no padlocks required) to store your stuff, and there's areas to change if need be.

We're accepting participants on a first-come, first-serve basis—and sorry, we can't accept reservations for friends; each person who wants to attend must send a separate email.
