This certainly isn't the Cube 2.0. Curbed NY found the above rendering for Apple's first-ever Brooklyn store at 247 Bedford Avenue, and those looking for some futuristic design á la the Fifth Avenue store will not be happy. The plans drawn up by Marin renderings look like a refurbishment of the already-existing brick structure—but as our sister site points out, these renderings were made before Apple had been announced as a tenant, so construction plans could have changed since then.
Last we heard, construction is scheduled to be completed in April, the same month that Apple plans to reveal its long-awaited watch.
