We're squeezing in one last Racked Fit Club before the end of the month, and this one's at Flex Studios (47 West 14th Street) on Thursday, January 29th at 6:30pm! We'll be participating in the Flex 30/30 class, which consists of 30 minutes of Pilates on the newly introducted FLEXformer machines and 30 minutes of barre exercises that give a taste of the studio's full range of offerings.
Participants should plan to arrive 15 minutes before the class starts for set-up. Plan to dress in comfortable workout gear, including socks (sneakers are not required). Flex Studios will provide water and a changing area, including keypad lockers for storage.

We're accepting participants on a first-come, first-serve basis—and sorry, we can't accept reservations for friends; each person who wants to attend must send a separate email. Anyone who sends an email after the class is filled will be put on the wait list, and we'll notify you if space frees up (which happens frequently, so stay tuned!)
