You Can Book Fhitting Room Classes at the New Flatiron Studio

Because the Flatiron District is synonymous with fitness these days, The Fhitting Room is debuting its second NYC location in this neighborhood next week. The high intensity interval training workout that's taught by more than a couple of hot trainers (see examples here and here) is headed to West 19th Street with more than 4,000 square feet to house two classrooms, new equipment like monkey bars and battle ropes, and facilities like digital lockers and hair and makeup stations.

Classes don't start until February 2nd, but you can book a Signature FHIX class online now.
