It's the second Racked Fit Club of the month! Join Racked NY at the city's newest DavidBartonGym inside the Limelight in Chelsea, where we'll be participating in the cheekily church-themed Core Communion: 45 minutes of strengthening and challenging the abdominal muscles (and then some) through variations on planks, hip lifts, and more.
This class is taking place on Thursday, January 22nd at 5pm, but participants should plan to arrive at least ten minutes early for check-in and setup. Comfortable athletic clothing, including sneakers, is required, and bringing a water bottle is recommended.

We're accepting participants on a first-come, first-serve basis—and sorry, we can't accept reservations for friends; each person who wants to attend must send a separate email. Anyone who sends an email after the class is filled will be put on the wait list, and we'll notify you if space frees up (which happens frequently).
