Adding a metal soundtrack to spin class, like the folks at Williamsburg's SyncStudio, makes sense—who better to give you an "I can bend a pipe with my bare hands" endorphin rush than Slayer? But The Cobra Club in Bushwick has taken head-banging fitness a step further with metal yoga, Bushwick Bomb reports.
The gym-bar hybrid (Motto: Yoga for your dark side. Spirits for your soul.) hosts $13 sessions on Sundays at 3pm and Wednesdays at 6:30pm, which you can follow up with a $6 beer-and-a-shot combo.
