In what ended up being the biggest retail lease in Brooklyn of 2014, Bed Bath & Beyond will take over more than 100,000 square feet of space in Sunset Park's Liberty View Industrial Plaza, WSJ reports. The retailer will put four of its stores—Bed Bath & Beyond, Buybuy Baby, Cost Plus World Market, and Harmon Face Values—on the complex's second floor.

Though there's no word on when they'll open, their proximity to Industry City, which now claims Steven Alan and Bauble Bar as tenants, means that Sunset Park may soon be on your go-to list of shopping destinations. "This transformative building provides us with an opportunity to create a unique shopping venue," said Barry Feld, CEO of Cost Plus World Market—one that will likely lure more stores to the neighborhood.
