Is this a preview of what's to come in the Garment District? Following the news of a major retail push in the historical manufacturing neighborhood comes a pop-up outdoor food market that's slated to open next Monday, September 15th, according to WWD. It's a collaboration between UrbanSpace and the Garment District Alliance—and thus not-so-cleverly titled UrbanSpace Garment District—and will feature the likes of Roberta's, Red Hook Lobster, Mighty Balls, and Gelato Ti Amo.
Look for these, along with "artisanal culinary startups," to be serving daily from 11am to 9pm through October 19th along the stretch of Broadway between 39th and 41st Streets.
