Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick have just re-listed their Greenwich Village townhouse for $22 million (down from $25 million), which sounds like a fair price, if only for the chance to set foot in both of SJP's glorious walk-in closets. However, it's possible that neither of them have ever lived there, and have been residing in their home on Charles Street instead.
