Urban Outfitters, on the hunt for more things to fill its new massive lifestyle centers, recently tapped Lower East Side boutique Assembly New York to co-design a six-piece collection of "future-primitive" denim looks. "A lot of the denims are used to take a traditional form and bring some personality, timeline, and wear into it," Assembly designer Greg Armas says. "It wasn't about reinventing the wheel."
It was about designing jackets made out of denim-lined fleece, rather than fleece-lined denim, though. Check out the full lineup, with prices ranging from $79 to $199 at Urban Outfitters stores and online.
