Not every store has to have a "thing," but on a retail-heavy stretch like Bedford Avenue, it certainly doesn't hurt. And Babel Fair's (in addition to being a go-to for international labels) is dresses—fun (but not Nasty-Gal-trendy), affordable (minus the risk of running into your Zara clone) dresses.
